Exterior

The IC PREMIUMHOMES design team took part in the Apart-Hotel 5* project in terms of design, furniture production in Europe, supply, and installation of structures, furniture and interior items for outdoor areas: terraces, the treatment complex zone and the pool.

9 zones were completed, and a number of complex interior and furniture items were made for them: a bioclimatic automated pergola, a fiberglass cachepot with a complex shape and automatic watering; tables and bar counters made of travertine and marble; marble statues for the winter garden; armchairs, bar stools, a kitchen, soft sofas and deck chairs with Cambala frames. Also, a barbecue area, a bio-fireplace, carpets for the pool area, and automated rotary-sliding lamellar fences were designed and manufactured according to the individual design.

Designed in Russia, made in Italy and Portugal.

“ This is one of our most challenging and interesting projects. Design and production of automated pergolas and railings with tilt-and-slide slats, as well as furniture made of different materials (marble, metal, travertine, wood) in order to accurately fulfill the design intent in accordance with the visualization, became an interesting task for us, which was perfectly executed. The face of the hotel became the main terrace and the terrace of the guest house. The lightness and elegance, technology and functionality of the pergola help to make the main terrace the best place to relax. The central element of the terrace is a luxurious bio-fireplace with a diameter of 1.3 m. Its base was made of cast brass with artistic processing and its top was constructed with expensive Italian decorative stone. In the evening, when the flame plays against the background of white rounded stones of the central part, the bio-fireplace looks amazing and creates an extremely cozy and warm atmosphere. ”
